The Isley building is one of a series of refurbished historic properties that Hanini Group has brought back to life in Downtown Newark. The structure has a bustling restaurant on the ground floor plus four modern apartments that boast both vintage and contemporary finishes.

The ground floor facade has dark timber moulding while the rest of the building has expansive windows and elegant brick arches. The apartments inside are spacious, boasting wood floors, brick walls, and tasteful light fixtures, while some units have skylights.
